In this article I will look at both spiritual and personal growth and how together each will have a positive result on your life.

Spiritual and personal growth has a common aim of you becoming a happier, healthier and stronger person. Although spiritual and personal growth has fundamental differences the goal is the same and will only lead to be better results in life and in business.

Spiritual Growth and development is not the same as becoming religious, it is simply developing you as a person through using faith, interaction with others and through the use of spiritual practises including, prayer and the study of scriptures.

Personal Growth is the development of yourself using tools, programmes, training and methods that will seek to solve the issues that hold us back that we all have as human beings.

As you can see both spiritual and personal growth are focused on our development as a person through various methods but still focused on helping us find the right path and the right reasons behind our day to day activities in life and in business.

Our belief in our own actions and the reasoning behind them is key to our success especially in our working lives. If we have the knowledge that the action and the reason behind it is good then the passion that fuels our own business will be stronger and undeterred improving our results.

A good business is born from an idea and the want to provide a service for the public or other businesses. The business will need growth and development to survive and succeed as we do personally, a business will need its issues overcoming as we do. For business growth the people who make the business up will have to develop the knowledge they have of products , industry sector and in experience creating a healthier business.

To be able to obtain such self belief spiritual and personal growth will help us take a look at the issues been holding us back in our lives and then resolving those issues. Successful people have all had issues, and as Alexander Pope said to error is to be human, the key is to recognise these issues and have the inner strength to overcome them.

I hope to have shown in this article that Spiritual growth and personal growth will help you achieve the results you want in life whether it be in your personal life, in your own mind or in the world of business and yes the search for spiritual and personal growth and development will take tremendous courage and determination and it will be a difficult journey but will result in becoming the best most successful, happier and healthier you and achieve better results.
