Job Description

Lady Luck Media Ltd is a new start-up company within the online marketing industry. Its activities range from managing web projects to developing new Internet ventures. Based in Greater London, Wimbledon, the projects have now grown significantly enough to require new staff to help maintain and develop existing and future projects.

The role will involve supporting website projects and ensuring that their traffic and search campaigns are running smoothly, together with general webmaster duties and scope to learn additional technologies.

You will be implementing new ideas and working on advanced search engine tactics as well as content provision, statistical analysis, data maintenance and management, copy writing and link strategies.
There will be on the job training to cater for the unique industries we work in. You must be able to work independently and self-motivate to achieve results and most importantly you must be have a lot of initiative and intuition to do things without constant supervision.

There will also be coaching involved to bring out the best of you, and further education with required reading and a fair bit of mindset training.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a fresh starting company without office politics and bureaucracy.

Required Skills

�Understanding object oriented programming theory
�Understanding web server technologies including IIS and Apache
�Good sound knowledge of ASP and PHP scripting languages, up to intermediate/advanced levels.
�Basic understanding and programming knowledge with javascript.
�Good knowledge and experience with graphic design packages and web design software such as Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, fireworks, photoshop, illustrator).
�Basic understanding of Video Editing
�Experience with various web services including newsletter hosts, social media and video sharing.
�Basic knowledge and understanding of SEO
�Intermediate to advanced level understanding of HTML, CSS
�A basic understanding of internet marketing fundamentals
�Ideally 6-12 months experience working within the online marketing industry.
�Excellent written and communication skills.
�Numerate, analytical with good data management and analysis skills.
�Comfortable using technology, databases, software applications etc.
�Good working knowledge of MS SQL or MySql database server
�XML basics and structure
�Working knowledge of network setup, Web hosting, configuring DNS and email systems

Desirable Skills:

�Copywriting
�Marketing knowledge and expertise, especially in the field of online marketing and niche marketing
�Knowledge doing keyword research for market trends
�ASP.NET skills
�Flash Macromedia
