Ideal Target Personification Free Download
| The Ideal Target Personification (ITP) exercise is a unique exercise which has been developed as we've evolved through our own understanding of how to map a customers mind out.
The ITP exercise covers all aspects of the ideal customers psyche by asking the deep level questions which a normal market survey wouldn't cover. This deep level questioning helps us to get to the core of the customer and what makes them tick as human beings.
When you can understand a customer to this deep level, then you have a great advantage over your competition because most companies do not map a customer profile out to this degree. In the book "Speedlights & Elephants" there are a few examples of questions you could ask to map this out.
If you want to find out more about this exercise, please buy the book on Amazon.com and read chapter 6, then read the chapter 6 workshop for instructions. |
