Bedouin Directions

We completed this site for a local Bedouin tribe to promote their tours and allow them to attract more customers. With very limited budget, we put together a multi language site that allowed them to self manage their web presence and we also produce some promotional videos and a little bit of social media consultation as well. We integrated a template design and customized it to the requirements of the customer. We also created custom graphics and logo design as well as full integration of the Drupal system with Twitter hooks and wysiwyg editors. This all in one complete solution allows them to self manage the site and create new blog's as well as edit existing pages whenever they require.

"I am Bedouin from the Desert of Wadi Rum, Jordan. My tribe was living in the desert nomadically until the last 20 years when we started to move into villages. About this time tourists started to visit Jordan and the desert where my ancestors are from and have lived. Since this time the tourism industry has grown and our main source of income is now from tourism.

When I approached Lady Luck Media to help me I had been working guiding tourists for at 7 years since leaving school. However, I had been working for other Bedouin. It was time for me to start out alone. I needed a website to reach out to potential guests on the web and to present the tours I wanted to offer to them.

This means over the years as prices and tours develop my website can develop too.
